- 1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
- Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well blended and fluffy.
- Spread the cream mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- Spoon the cherry pie filling evenly over the cream layer, making sure not to press or swirl.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. Slice and serve chilled.
