Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or microwave it for just 30 seconds.
- Blend freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until they turn into a fine powder.
- Mix together the softened cream cheese, strawberry powder, vanilla extract, and monk fruit sweetener in a medium bowl until fully combined.
