Instructions
- Proof Yeast: Combine active dry yeast with warm milk and sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Mix Dough: In a bowl, add flour, salt, and melted butter to yeast mixture. Stir until well mixed.
- Knead Dough: Knead dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
- First Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl and let rise for 1 hour till doubled.
