Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until glossy.
- Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla, then whisk to combine.
- Stir in cocoa powder, salt, and red food coloring until smooth.
- Fold in the flour until batter is thick.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread two-thirds of the red velvet brownie batter in the pan.
