Instructions

- Purée the peaches in a blender or food processor until smooth.

- Chill the mixture in the fridge for 1–2 hours.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (20–25 minutes).
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for 4–6 hours, or until firm.
