Ingredients

- 3 pounds Chuck Roast (Can use pork or chicken shoulder for variety.)
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix (Use a mix of dried herbs if unavailable.)
- 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix (Brown gravy mix or onion soup mix can work in a pinch.)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt (For seasoning the butter mixture.)
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 8 slices Provolone Cheese (Mozzarella or Swiss can be used.)
- 1 cup Sliced Peperoncini Peppers
- 1/4 cup Peperoncini Juice
- 12 rolls Hawaiian Slider Rolls
Instructions
- Place the chuck roast in your slow cooker, then sprinkle the ranch dressing and au jus gravy mixes evenly over the top.
- Distribute the sliced butter and sliced peperoncini peppers, along with the juice, over the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 6 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the roast from the cooker and shred the meat, discarding any excess fat.
- Set your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish to assemble the sliders.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, layer the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
- Place slices of provolone cheese over the rolls, then add the shredded beef and top with sliced peperoncini.
- Sprinkle the remaining provolone cheese over the beef, then place the top halves of the rolls on.
- Melt the butter with garlic salt and brush this mixture generously over the top of your assembled sliders.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 2-3 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, serve immediately while still warm.
