- 20 soft caramel candies
- 12 oz white chocolate or almond bark
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for thinning chocolate)
- 3 tbsp red, green, and white sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and unwrap all caramel candies.
- Place one caramel candy between two Ritz crackers and gently press to form a sandwich. Repeat for all.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate or almond bark in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth. Add coconut oil if needed.
- Dip each cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place on the prepared sheet.
- Immediately sprinkle with festive sprinkles before chocolate sets.
- Allow cookies to set at room temperature (30–40 min) or in the fridge (15–20 min).
- Serve or store in an airtight container.
