- 1 pound Ground Beef (Lean for a healthier option.)
- 2 tablespoons Butter (For sautéing.)
- 1 medium Onion (Chopped finely.)
- 2 pounds Green Cabbage (Chopped.)
- 3 cloves Garlic (Minced.)

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef, breaking it up as you go. Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the chopped onions for about 3 minutes until they become translucent and fragrant.
- Toss in the chopped cabbage and cook uncovered for 10-15 minutes, stirring often.
- Stir in the minced garlic, paprika, and Italian seasoning and let cook together for a minute.
- Pour in the beef broth and return the cooked beef to the skillet, stirring well. Cook until heated through, adding more broth for desired moisture.
- Season your dish with salt and pepper to your liking. Serve warm.
