Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped or grated
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
  • Fresh Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill to medium heat (around 350°F).
  2. Slice the chicken breasts horizontally for even cooking.
  3. Marinate the chicken with garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper for 10-30 minutes.
  4. Blend peanut butter, water, sriracha, fish sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar until smooth.
  5. Grill the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  6. Serve the grilled chicken drizzled with peanut sauce and garnish with cilantro.
