Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz Goat Cheese (use fresh goat cheese for best texture)
- 1 cup Whole-Milk Ricotta (substitute with low-fat ricotta if desired)
- 1 tbsp Thyme Leaves (rosemary makes a fragrant alternative)
- 1 tbsp Finely Grated Orange Zest (lemon zest can be used for a zestier note)
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries (try chopped dried apricots or cherries as swaps)
- 1 tbsp Honey (maple syrup can be used for a vegan option)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend the room temperature goat cheese and ricotta until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Lightly grease a Bundt or tube pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into the prepared pan. Press down gently to fill any gaps.
- Refrigerate the filled pan for at least 2 hours to allow the mixture to firm up.

- Top the wreath with fresh thyme sprigs and dried cranberries, and drizzle with honey just before serving.
