- 1 pound Ground Beef (Use lean ground beef for less grease.)

- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar/Mozzarella) (Mixing both cheeses adds complexity.)
- to taste Optional Add-ins (Crispy Bacon/Pickles/Caramelized Onions) (Adjust amounts per preference.)
- 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit or Pizza Dough (Homemade dough can be used.)
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (Salted butter can work too.)
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic (Garlic powder can be used as an alternative.)
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- to taste Chopped Fresh Parsley (optional) (For garnish.)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no pink remains, about 7-10 minutes. Drain the fat and stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce for delicious flavor.
- Allow the beef to cool slightly, then fold in the shredded cheese and any desired optional add-ins like crispy bacon or pickles.
- Roll out the refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough, flattening it into 10 cm circles.
- Place 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle. Gather the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch them to seal tightly.
- Arrange the bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined tray. Brush them generously with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Optionally, garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
