- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam or raspberry sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a saucepan, melt white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Once smooth, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Drop small spoonfuls of raspberry jam on top and swirl with a knife.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
- Lift the fudge out using parchment paper and cut into squares.
- Wipe the knife between cuts for neat edges.
