Description

A simple and delicious Crock-Pot recipe for teriyaki chicken served with rice and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the Crock-Pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, chicken broth, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, add the rice, broccoli, and bell pepper to the Crock-Pot.
  6. Stir to combine and cover again until the rice is cooked and vegetables are tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
