  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper (Increase for spicier wings)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (Avocado oil is a good alternative)
  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce (Substitutable with BBQ or teriyaki sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add olive oil and mix well.
