Ingredients
- Sirloin steak (or flank steak or ribeye)
- Fresh cheese tortellini (or frozen tortellini)
- Fresh cracked garlic
- Heavy cream (or half-and-half)
- Parmesan cheese
- Lemon juice
- Baby spinach (or arugula or bell peppers)
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Italian seasoning
- Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the steak: Season your steak with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Cook the steak: In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove and let it rest.
- Cook the tortellini: In boiling salted water, cook the tortellini according to package instructions, about 3-5 minutes for fresh. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Creamhouse Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat and add olive oil if needed. Add cracked garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and simmer.
- Add cheese and seasoning: Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens.
- Add vegetables: Toss in baby spinach and sun-dried tomatoes until the spinach wilts.
- Combine everything: Slice the rested steak and add it back with the drained tortellini. Toss gently to coat in sauce.
