- 2 pounds chicken wings, split into flats and drumettes
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: Hot sauce for serving
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat dry.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the marinade over the wings, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place a wire rack on top.
- Remove wings from marinade and arrange in a single layer on the wire rack.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Optional: Baste with remaining marinade during the last 5-10 minutes.
- Optional: Broil for extra crispiness for the last 3-5 minutes, watching closely.
- Let rest for a few minutes before garnishing with parsley.
