Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring constantly until smooth and glossy. This should take about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the coconut flakes and sweetener until combined.
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Pour the chocolate-coconut mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator and allow the mixture to chill for at least 1 hour until set.
