  • 4 slices Sliced Bacon
  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 4 cloves Garlic Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Clarified Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Seafood Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Wrap each filet mignon with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
  2. Massage canola oil onto steaks, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Refrigerate for 40 minutes.
  3. Remove steaks from the fridge 15 minutes before grilling.
  4. In a bowl, mix parsley, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, red chili flakes, and olive oil for the chimichurri. Set aside.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F). Grill steaks for 3-3.5 minutes per side.
  6. Rest steaks on a cutting board for 10 minutes.
  7. Lower grill temperature to 325°F. Heat clarified butter in a skillet and cook seasoned shrimp for 2-3 minutes until opaque.
  8. Plate steaks, top with shrimp, and spoon chimichurri over the dish.
