- 1 loaf Sourdough loaf (Choose a round loaf)
- 8 oz Cream cheese (Softened)
- 0.25 cup Bleu cheese dressing (Can swap for ranch)
- 2 cups Cooked and shredded chicken (Rotisserie chicken works great)
- 0.5 cup Buffalo sauce (Adjust for spice preference)
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese (Grated)
- 0.25 cup Bleu cheese (Crumble, optional)
- 2 cups Assorted veggies (Carrots, celery)
- 1 loaf Top of the sourdough loaf (Cut into cubes)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the top ½ inch off the sourdough loaf and hollow out the center.
- Combine softened cream cheese, bleu cheese dressing, shredded chicken, and buffalo sauce in a large bowl.
- Fill the hollowed bread bowl with your dip mixture. Top with grated cheddar and crumbled bleu cheese.
- Replace the top slice of bread back on the loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, slice the top bread into cubes for easy serving.
