Description

This SUPER BOWL Roasted Garlic Aioli is a game-day dip that combines creamy mayo, roasted garlic, and lemon for a flavor-packed experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bulb Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off a whole bulb of garlic, drizzle it with olive oil, wrap it in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  2. Once roasted, let the garlic cool slightly; gently squeeze out the soft cloves into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add 1 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, and ½ teaspoon of salt to the bowl that contains the roasted garlic. Whisk everything together until it’s beautifully smooth and creamy.
  4. With the whisk still in action, slowly drizzle in the remaining olive oil. Keep mixing until your aioli reaches a silky, creamy consistency.
  5. Take a moment to sample your creation! If it needs a little extra zing, adjust the seasoning with more lemon juice or salt to taste.
  6. Transfer your glorious aioli to a serving bowl. It pairs wonderfully with crispy fries, fresh veggies, or as a spread for sandwiches.
