Description
Tropical Banana Pineapple Smoothie for a Refreshing Boost
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks (Use pre-frozen for the best texture.)
- 1 medium Banana (Fresh and peeled.)
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (Can substitute with regular or flavored yogurt.)
- 2 tbsp Honey (Adjust to taste or substitute with maple syrup.)
- ¼ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk (Adds creaminess.)
- 1 cup Cold Water or Milk (Use coconut water for an extra twist.)
- a few Fresh Mint Leaves (For aroma and color.)
- 2 slices Pineapple (For garnish.)
Instructions
- Begin by placing the frozen pineapple chunks into your large countertop blender.
- Next, toss in the fresh banana that’s been peeled and cut into chunks, along with the Greek yogurt.
- Drizzle in the honey and sweetened condensed milk for that creamy component.
- Secure the lid and blend on high until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
- If the smoothie is too thick, gradually add cold water or milk until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses and serve immediately, adding fresh mint or pineapple slices on top.
