Description
Quick Apple Pie Bites are a bite-sized treat made with warm spiced apples wrapped in flaky crescent dough.
Ingredients

- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 1 large apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled, cored, and sliced into 8 thin wedges
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Caramel sauce (for drizzling)
- Optional: pinch of nutmeg
- Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts for garnish
- Optional: sea salt flakes for finishing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg (if using).
- Peel, core, and slice apple into 8 wedges, then toss slices in half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Unroll crescent dough into triangles and place one apple slice on each. Roll up from wide end.
- Brush each rolled piece with melted butter and sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, drizzle with caramel, and garnish with nuts or sea salt if desired.
Notes
- These bites are great for breakfast or dessert.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less sugar.
- Serve warm for the best flavor.
